I am here to document yours in a way that shows who you really are. There is beauty in the chaos, in the in-betweens, in the giant hugs, the pouty tears, and the silly faces. These are your kids, your family.
My goal is to tell a story about what makes your family unique. To freeze that single moment in your family's life together so you can look back years from now and remember all the things that make you guys special.

If you like my style and approach to photography then reach out. Seriously! If you wait then a whole year will pass and you will be like “Crap! We never took any photos this year *cries in overwhelmed mommy*” I have been there! Just fill out that contact form and I will work with you to find a date and location that works best for your family. I will also help with what to wear and help you prep for a stress-free session.

Your Session
This is the part where you relax and have fun with your family. Sessions are a mix of posed images and more candid fun! I love lots of movement in photos and it is definitely the best way to keep kids happy and capture the most authentic smiles. Be prepared for lots of walking, cuddling, playing, and adventuring!

Your Gallery
1-2 weeks after your session your full gallery will arrive in your inbox ready for downloading and printing! All sessions include digital files. Every great image from your session is yours, no need to purchase more or try and narrow it down to a certain number. I offer a Storybook album add-on for families that would like a professionally designed and printed book from their session. I design the whole book, it just shows up at your door ready for you to enjoy!

Extended Family Session
This session lasts up to 90 minutes which is plenty of time for capturing everyone in your extended family. It has enough time for large group shots as well as mini-sessions with each family unit.
- Up to 3 family units. Additional family units are $50 each.

FAQ
How do we book?
Reach out and we will pick a date and location. I will send over a digital contract and invoice for you to sign. A retainer of 50% of your package is due at the time of booking, the remainder is due 3 days before your session.
What if we get sick?
No worries! I offer one complimentary reschedule per session based on my availability. Any additional reschedules will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
Can we print our own photos?
Yes, you can! At the bottom of every gallery I include a print release. That way you can get your photos printed from wherever you want.
Do you take traditional family portraits?
We will always try and get a few shots where everyone is smiling at the camera. Depending on the age of your children sometimes it can be tricky. A little bribery goes a long way with younger children so I always recommend bringing some special “snacks”. A two-year-old is way more willing to cooperate when there are m&m’s on the line!
What about the weather?
Ahhh we all know how crazy Maryland’s weather can be! I will check in the week before your session and we will make a final call the day before if the weather is looking bad. Weather reschedules are at my discretion. I don’t reschedule for cloudy days, but with rain or the potential for storms, we will. There is no fee if I choose to reschedule because of the weather.
When should we schedule our session?
Sessions primary take place on Sundays and weekdays and in the fall they fill up quickly, so reach out early to lock in your session.
When should I book my maternity session?
The best time is between 7 and 8 months. That way you have a super cute bump but you have not reached that late pregnancy uncomfortableness yet.
When should I book a newborn session?
Newborn photos can be taken any time in the baby's first 3 months. The first two weeks are best for very sleepy baby photos, anytime after that is great for a more alert newborn.
Is sales tax included?
Yes it is!
